This hideout is used by thieves to sleep, train, or just relax in-between their missions.
It features a bar to drink with fellow thieves and share tales, a big training room to practice fighting and sneaking, and rooms to sleep in and store wares.
The hideout is also sometimes used by a thief leader, Titus. He resides on the room to the northwest and spends his time plotting new heists.
